"I have had Statefarm for a year or so with Josh Hemphill. I recently made a payment Friday for the amount on the notice, to which they cancelled my policy. They have also issued a refund minus $20, which would cover the late fees they claimed I owed. I have all the screenshots from every payment and statement. I have only dealt with Brandon, who is kind and helpful however I have spoken to him for 2 days never once was I told my insurance was cancelled and he could not figure the issue so he handed me over to Theresa was is incredibly rude and unhelpful claiming the app has been having issues and not providing correct information (not a customer’s fault). She also stated they sent texts which I never received. She also stated I would need to pay $118 to reinstate after just making a payment on Friday. I am appalled at the service that was provided and how this has been handled and therefore will be going to the Department of Commerce and Insurance to file a complaint against this insurance company and this was pure negligence of insurance providing. They failed to let me know the policy was cancelled and did not try to communicate I owed more than the app showed even after speaking with someone the past two days. This is not how business is handled nor how you treat someone who does business with you."

State Farm corporate billing initiated the amount due from the October billing and due to the car policy renewing in October, it should have billed the current and past due amounts. "This has been the most frustrating insurance office to work with. Rarely will someone call you back, our claim was filed improperly by the office and this resulted in a huge hassle, the insurance price changes constantly and without proper notification, and the staff have been rude. The staff have also given us incorrect information about audits and money owed. Very disappointing."
